When I think of
where I started and where I am now, I think with confidence I can say that I
have come a long way. I was waiting for the last class to comment on my success
metrics so as to get a complete picture. I had this fear of technology, which I
don’t have today. It’s because of the realization that, that is the future and
you can’t run too far from it.
One doesn't have
to be a geek at technology but should have the right attitude to learn and
improvise and you will automatically get better at it.
The best I got out
of this class are 'concepts' that are so valuable because those are ideas that are
very powerful that can transform your entire job into something else. Those are
powerful tools for tomorrow’s success.
I will be using
many of them for sure in my work and I reached that point (the so called
success metrics) because of this class. I now not only know
that there are solutions out there to your complex problems but also how to get there and
what to pick and who to go for.
